At the end of July 2016 I spent three days in Hungary, 80km south east of Budapest, for the World Glider Aerobatic Championships. I was with the World Air Sports Federation and working with them and Munich-based Quattro Media, a TV team, to report on this spectacular competition.

Twenty of the world's best aerobatic glider pilots were there for 10 days. Hungary's Ferenc Toth won for the third time in his career.
